iEmad is built so customers stay in control of their data and how AI is applied to it. We describe capabilities the platform provides controls for — we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Data handling
Designed for tenant data-boundary controls and tenant-scoped exports. Plans carry a retention target; automatic deletion on that schedule is not yet enforced.
Customer control
Customers manage their users, roles, modules, identity, and data through tenant administration.
Transparency
Sensitive platform actions are auditable. A reason-bound, time-limited support-access flow is planned and is not yet available in the product.
